Sole Source Justification:

Heidelberg Engineering is the manufacturer and sole seller of the Heidelberg Engineering Spectralis with its software. This specific device is equipped with experimental software that has been IRB approved for obtaining quantitative autofluorescence imaging as well as macular pigment imaging.

This purchase will exceed $50K.
