Sole Source Justification:

TRAC Research is conducting extremely specialized research into the bacterial growth in dental caries. This research will inform how dentists care for caries, create fillings, and may help to reduce the failure rate of fillings and improve overall population health in the process. This research is not being done anywhere else.
