This instructor-led course covers Purchasing Card basics including how to obtain one, the types of purchases it can be used for, and relevant University policies and procedures.

The training is held every month on the second Thursday at 9:00 am and on the fourth Tuesday at 2:00 pm.

Note: This training is required prior to applying for a Purchasing Card.

This instructor-led course covers how to review and reallocate Purchasing Card transactions in the university’s Purchasing Card Reallocation System, and the steps required to gain access. The training is held every month on the second Thursday at 10:00 am and on the fourth Tuesday at 3:00 pm.

A reallocator is an individual who:

• Can access the University reallocation system to review transactions
• Obtain chartfields from the cardholder for each purchase

Note: This reallocator training is required, in addition to the completion of Purchasing Card – Cardholder Training, to access the Purchasing Card Reallocation System.
