Sole Source Justification:
Posit Connect Enhanced allows publication of R Shiny applications, which are used for business analytics needs. Shiny is an R library developed by Posit (formerly R Studio) which allows analysts to create analytic web applications in the R language. Posit is the developer of R Shiny and therefore is the only supplier for this product. There isn’t any other R library that offers the same capabilities. This sole source will be valid for a period of 5 years and will exceed $25,000.00 annually.
