Once you have completed cardholder training, the time to obtain a card takes about 7-10 business days (from start to finish).

Approver Approves Application

New cards are routed to HR Supervisor (or their delegate) for approval

Complete Required Training

After you apply for the card, you will be assigned the relevant training in LearningHub (campus) or Cornerstone (hospital)

Receive/Activate Your New Card

  • Training will be verified before the card will be made available to the cardholder
  • Users will specify delivery preference
